Shahili Motorcycle Club (SMC) is a Christian based entity of Melchizedek Church of Empowerment Inc., (MCOE). MCOE is an IRS 501©3 approved nonprofit Christian based church. MCOE also operates under the fictitious name of Shahili Motorcycle Club. Shahili Motorcycle Club rides in honor of the 555th Parachute Infantry Battalion which was an all-black airborne unit of the United States Army during World War II the Triple Nickel were very fierce, brave, and strong men who never were defeated because they never gave up.

That type of mentality is instrumental towards Shahili Motorcycle Club our existence and our future longevity.

Who Can Join

Shahili Motorcycle Club is not a 1% club we stake no claim to any territory. We are open to all individuals and races, both male and female adults motorcycle riders and non-motorcycle riders.

Our Mission

Shahili Motorcycle Club mission is to empower, uplift, encourage, inspire, mentor, and support individuals, families, their communities, and state in which we operate.

Our Primary Goal

Our primary goal is to provide support, an ear to listen, education, empowerment services, and a small stipend for educational advancement if funds are available.

Our secondary goal is through our affection and strong display of motorcycles, our love for the sport of motorcycle riding, through our active positive presence within the community, we can be a beacon of hope which encourage others to become positive role models within the community they live.

We practice brotherhood and sisterhood at the highest level. It is our vow to each other to never look down at each other or upon anyone else. All members have a voice and all are entitled to due process. We believe all have dignity and worth regardless of one’s status in life.

Shahili (resilience): an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change.

OUR MOTTO

Our motto RESILIENCE FOR LIFE is what we stand by “believing no matter what the situation may look like we are empowered to Bounce back from all types of setbacks. Resilience for life is in tune with the 761th Tank Battalion’s motto “come out fighting.” SMC believe we are to never give up fighting for equal justice and fair treatment for all. We never stop fighting for it, never stop demanding it, until the battle has been won.
